And he usually does. "Whenever the weather is nice and I'm in town for the weekend, I spend a lot of time sitting up on that porch," Pickens explained. Another view--looking down at his baseball card collection--is also one of Pickens' favorites. "It keeps me tied to the sport, almost," Pickens said of his hobby. "You're able to stay up to date with everything." The 21-year-old Sam Houston State University student collects baseball cards because he enjoys the sport and the hobby.
